After earning a degree in journalism from the University of North Florida, Justin spent more than 11 years in a corporate communications environment, developing and refining many of the skills he uses today, including customer service, negotiation, marketing, and more. Justin joined the real estate industry as the marketing director for real estate investment firm, Mac Home Development, Inc. Throughout his two years with the company, he developed a vast knowledge of the real estate industry, working every aspect of a real estate transaction, including supporting buyers, sellers, investors, renters, property managers, and more. Just as importantly, he developed a passion for real estate – a passion that led to him branching out and becoming a full-time REALTOR® in July 2015. I'm an investor and have used him many times in Jacksonville. He promptly keeps me informed of offers. He clearly explains the offer and gives a helpful opinion. In my case I'm out town most of the time. He always able to work the Title Company and Buyer's Broker/Buyer to arrange a pre-sign for me that meets my schedule and in some cases help the closing occur ahead of time. He knows the market he services. He will offer his suggestions on what will facilitate a sale in a reasonable amount of time.
